Lacuna HR Collective, LLC believes everyone should be able to find helpful information and connect with us, including people who use assistive technology.

Our approach

We aim to make this website easy to read, navigate, and use. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical. This statement describes our goals, not a certification or guarantee that every part of the website currently meets that standard.

Accessibility features

The site is designed with readable text, descriptive links, keyboard focus indicators, alternative text for key images, and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. We continue to review these features and improve them.

If a page is difficult to use, an image needs a description, or you need information in another accessible format, please email maggie@lacunahrcollective.com. Tell us which page or feature caused trouble and what would help. Please do not include confidential employee or medical information in your initial message.

Ongoing improvements

We welcome feedback and will make reasonable efforts to address barriers. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we intend to test the website with keyboard navigation, mobile layouts, and assistive technology before launch and as the site evolves.

Prelaunch review: Perform a real accessibility audit and remediate issues before publishing. A written statement alone does not make a website accessible.
